Ken Griffey, Jr.’s sneaker line owns a special spot in the heart of almost every sneakerhead. The Kid’s Nikes still break necks of passers by and even non-OG colorways get scooped up as soon as they drop. Set to release in early 2011, this colorway of the classic Air Griffey Max 1 immediately became a favorite of many readers at our first look.

In addition to the “Voltage Cherry” Air Jordan 13, Jordan Brand will also unleash this Air Jordan 13 White/Grey-Pink exclusively for the women. This particular pair contains a primarily white leather base with hints of grey nubuck, specifically on the heel, tongue border and midsole. Minimal pink accents, such as the outsole and Jordan branding, provide nice color blocking to the seemingly simple construction. No word on when this shoe will release

Nike LeBron 8 - Black/White-Sport Red-Metallic Gold

While all the hype around the LeBron 8 is focused on the recently released "South Beach" colorway, we now have a closer look at what LeBron will be wearing on court for the Miami Heat. Perfect for any of of the three Miami Heat uniforms, this latest LeBron 8 arrives in a classic black, white and sport red color scheme. A black nubuck is used on the toe area, and also takes place on the side panels and ankle area. Creating the Miami Heat-inspired look, sport red is used on the tongue, Swoosh border, 360 Air unit and other areas throughout. White also joins in on the fun, working on the Swoosh and midsole wit the help of some sport red speckle.
You can pick up this all new colorway of the Nike LeBron 8 at Nike Basketball retailers Nationwide beginning October 26th.

Today we have the latest images of 2011's "Cement" Air Jordan Retro 3. Last released in 2003, the "Cement" 3 is sure to be an instant sell-out when it returns to retailers in January. The shoe features a white leather upper, fire red accenting, black midsole detailing and cement grey elephant print famously wrapped around the toe and heel. Nike Air Foamposite One - Dark Neon Royal/White-Black

After waiting months for a look at the official 2011 "Penny" Foamposite One release, we've gotten sets of images on two consecutive days. However, the sneaker community never gets tired of laying their eyes on this blue-shelled beauty. Made popular by Penny Hardaway in 1997, the "Penny" Foams gained instant popularity due to eye-catching royal blue colorway and "futuristic" technology. The shoe made a return 10 years later, and didn't miss a beat, instantly selling out everywhere. Nike decided not to make the masses wait another 10 years, opting to bring the classic back early next year. Who WON'T be trying to pick up a pair on release day?

Nike Air More Uptempo - Dark Obsidian/Orange-White

Set to make a return this Holiday season, the Air More Uptempo has been one of the most recognizable shoes Nike Basketball has ever created. Arriving a bit early, we have this all new colorway that would be perfect for a Denver Broncos or even a Charlotte Bobcats jersey. The all new colorway arrives in a dark obsidian nubuck upper, with white piping outlining the "AIR" side panels. White is also seen on the toe and tongue Swoosh, and continues along the midsole below. Minimal hits of orange are also seen, working the full length Air unit and other areas throughout.

Nike Air More Uptempo “Olympic” Re-Release

Not much information is available yet, but it appears that we will see a Nike Air More Uptempo “Olympic” release date in the near future. The shoe of course features a navy/white colorway, inspired by Scottie Pippen’s stint on the Dream Team, and the Pip’s Olympic number, eight. It apparently will be a House of Hoops exclusive and is one of those releases. You know, the ones that sell out the second the doors open.

Nike SB Dunk Mid Black/White-Gumsole

This is about as classic as it gets; the Nike SB Dunk Mid Black/White-Gumsole, which should be arriving at SB retailers any day now. This shoe has three major things going for it: a classic black/white colorway, the always-tight gumsole and the strapless mid silhouette. (That version with the strap is questionable … at best.) Look for these at SB retailers now.

Penny Hardway at Sole Fly 1/2 Cent “Eggplant” Release Recap

Miami seems to be having all the luck these days. Last Wednesday, Miami based boutique Sole Fly had a special release party for the Nike 1/2 Cent “Eggplant” with an appearance by none other than Penny Hardaway. Penny greeted and took pictures with a host of fans signing both the 1/2 Cents and many other great Foamposite models from his legacy. Air Jordan 13 "Flint"

A certifiable classic, the “Flints” have only been brought back one time since their OG release. Flint Grey is in place along the mudguard, midsole and surrounding the beloved Jumpman hologram. Meanwhile, the 3M-backed quarter panel is likely French Blue, though we’re still waiting on an official color code confirmation, similar to the“Powder” AJ9 vs. University Blue AJ9 situation earlier this year. This year has already brought us a number of anticipated retro releases from Jordan Brand. Will you be one of the first in line to grab a pair of these come their release?

The Air Jordan 13s " Flints " originally release in 98' are set to be release for a third time on November 26th 2010. Get your wish list together for the holidays because these are fireeeeee....
